Welcome to issue #026 of The Slice. If you missed last week's issue, you can read here 👈 as well as the bonus issue too😮
December time already! It's crazy just how much time passes by with out you even realising it. To think that in March this year I was on a flight back to South Africa after spending close to 3 years in Asia. (Thanks covid 😔)
Carrying on, take a look at this little sketch.
The Flywheel Effect
Recently discovered this awesome mental modal and how it relates to growing a tiny internet business (well at least in my case).
To wrap your head around the concept, the flywheel effect is when pushing with great effort, you get the flywheel just a few inches or centimetres forward. After you keep pushing after a persistent effort, you get this flywheel to complete a full run, that can lead to momentum if you keep at it.
Its quite amazing how many applications this mental modal has when applied to certain activities or tasks.
Now for this week issue. Hope you enjoy 👻
